These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and Global Wellness Tech SPC FZE ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our ERP system and associated services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. International Services Provided

We provide an ERP system for managing food delivery and kitchen operations, including but not limited to:

Kitchen management, recipe building, and kitchen staff task output.
Warehouse and logistics management.
Client and delivery route management.
Website design and menu presentation services.

2. Service Packages

Basic Package: Ideal for startups, includes ERP software, website, menu planning, nutritionist access, and client management tools. Clients pay 70% of transaction value through our payment processor.
Premium Package: For mid-to-large businesses, includes all basic services plus business operations and development support for $7,000 per month.

3. International Payment Terms

Clients are billed based on the package selected. Payment is due according to terms outlined for each package, and late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Client Obligations

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate business information.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.
Pay any fees promptly.
Use the ERP system solely for legitimate business purposes.

5. Ownership and License

All intellectual property rights belong to Global Wellness Tech SPC FZE. We grant clients a limited, non-exclusive license to use the ERP system for internal business use.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Global Wellness Tech SPC FZE will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages resulting from service use.

7. International Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to UAE courts, though local laws in your jurisdiction may also apply.
